Implementing Partners

Deadline: March 13, 2026
Location: Nairobi

Through partnerships, CARE Kenya seeks to co-create solutions with organizations that share our vision of fighting poverty and social injustice, while ensuring accountability, innovation, and resilience in all programming. For CARE Kenya, this approach is highly strategic because it directly supports the goals of Vision 2030 and strengthens the push toward locally led, innovative, and scalable solutions.

CARE Kenya therefore invites credible organizations to submit expression of interest to partner and implement its programs in the entire country.

Objective and Purpose for this Expression of Interest:

This call for partnerships is directly aligned with CARE Kenya’s Vision 2026 – 2030, which sets out a bold shift toward:

  • Gender-transformative programming that places equality and women’s empowerment at the center.
  • Locally led development, ensuring that communities and local organizations drive the agenda.
  • Climate-smart and enterprising approaches that prepare communities for a transformational future.
  • Digital First Approach – putting digital tools, platforms, and ways of working at the centre of how an organization designs, delivers, and measures its program.
  • Integrated programming across three strategic pillars:
  1. Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment (GEWE)
  2. Food, Water, and Nutrition Security (FWNS)
  3. Humanitarian and Emergency Response.
