The Enhancing Women’s Rights and Resources: A Local to Global Initiative for Gender Justice in Land Tenure and Access to Productive Resources (WE4R Project) is a multi-country initiative implemented in Mali, Kenya, and Madagascar.
In Kenya, the initiative, locally referred to as the Women’s Economic Advancement and Resilience (WE4R) Project- is being rolled out in eight counties across western and northern Kenya: Kakamega, Bungoma, Siaya, Vihiga, Kisumu, Busia, Homabay, and West Pokot.
